Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care including personal hygiene assistance and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to care coordinator
- Maintain detailed care notes using our remote-friendly digital platform
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers via telehealth tools
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote emotional well-being
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and tech-savvy (telehealth experience a plus)
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
