Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility assistance
- Monitor client health status and document observations via our secure remote platform
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals through virtual communication tools
- Administer medications and assist with therapeutic exercises as per care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments using agency-provided transportation
- Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with RN supervisors
- Maintain accurate digital health records and incident reports
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client wellbeing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience in home healthcare or assisted living
- Valid New York State Home Health Aide certification (HHA)
- Reliable internet connection and tech-savvy with digital care platforms
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust with clients remotely
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for client transport
