Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Document care progress via our mobile platform
- Coordinate with families and healthcare providers remotely
- Transport clients to appointments (mileage reimbursed)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation & valid NC driver's license
- Proficient with smartphones/tablets for remote coordination
- Clear background check & negative TB test
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Strong communication skills in English
