Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care including personal hygiene assistance and meal preparation
- Monitor client health status and document observations in our remote care portal
- Coordinate with medical professionals via telehealth platforms
- Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles
- Administer medications following strict protocols
- Develop personalized care plans with remote oversight from RNs
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable technology skills for remote documentation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and empathy skills
