Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light household choresMonitor client health status and document care activities in our digital platform
- Coordinate care schedules remotely via our mobile app
- Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed
- Build trust-based relationships with clients and their families
- Adhere to care plans and maintain HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Strong communication skills and tech proficiency (smartphone required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature with patience and empathy
