Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-home care services including medication management, meal preparation, and personal hygiene assistance
- Monitor client health status and document care activities using our secure telehealth platform
- Coordinate with families, medical professionals, and care teams via virtual meetings
- Implement personalized care plans and adapt services to evolving client needs
- Transport clients to appointments and community events when required
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with telehealth software and remote communication tools
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed
