Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Administer medications and medical treatments as per care plans
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care records and documentation
- Build trust-based relationships with clients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
