Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using advanced digital imaging systems
- Manage patient scheduling and electronic health records remotely
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments with OSHA compliance
- Conduct patient education via telehealth sessions
- Process insurance claims and billing documentation
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies through our digital portal
- Train on new dental technologies and software systems
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA required
- 2+ years clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- OSHA and HIPAA compliance expertise
- Strong telehealth communication skills
- Ability to work 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Arizona dental radiography license
