Responsibilities
- Perform chairside assistance during dental procedures with precision and care
- Manage digital patient records and scheduling remotely
- Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical hygiene protocols
- Take digital radiographs and assist with diagnostic imaging
- Handle patient communications via telehealth platforms
- Order supplies and manage inventory digitally
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for procedures
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (DAEFCC or DANB)
- 2+ years clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Strong telehealth communication skills
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 3 days in-office + 2 remote days
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Florida dental radiography license
