Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument preparation and patient monitoring
- Manage patient scheduling and digital chart updates remotely
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clinical hygiene standards
- Take digital X-rays and impressions under supervision
- Process insurance claims and manage billing documentation
- Conduct patient education on oral hygiene practices
- Order inventory and manage clinic supplies digitally
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification from accredited program
- Texas state dental radiology license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft)
- Strong organizational skills for remote administrative tasks
- CPR certification and BLS training
- Exceptional communication skills (English/Spanish bilingual a plus)
