Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs using our telehealth platform
- Document client progress in our HIPAA-compliant digital system
- Coordinate with healthcare providers via virtual consultations
- Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Transport clients to appointments when required

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- Current Indiana HHA certification and CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid Indiana driver's license
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and digital documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work independently with remote oversight
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
