Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes via our mobile app
- Coordinate with healthcare teams through our telehealth portal
- Transport clients to appointments using flexible scheduling tools
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping
- Submit digital progress reports through our remote dashboard
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or CNA license
- 1+ years of home care experience preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Proficient with smartphones/tablets for remote documentation
- Clear background check and TB test
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for virtual client interactions
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
