Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercise routines
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and care documentation
- Transport clients to appointments and errands (mileage reimbursed)
- Communicate client needs and observations to care team remotely
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year home health aide or caregiver experience
- Current Ohio Home Health Aide certification (HHA)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient with telehealth technology and documentation software
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate demeanor and ability to work independently
- Background check and drug screening required
