Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings including hospitals and specialty clinics
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and outcomes using electronic health records systems
- Adhere to all JCAHO and facility-specific protocols and safety standards
- Supervise LVNs/CNAs and provide clinical guidance as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (day/night options available)
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
