Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status using digital platforms
- Assist with medication management and mobility support
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Collaborate with healthcare teams via telehealth tools
- Maintain accurate care records using our mobile app
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and smartphone for remote coordination
- Basic computer literacy for digital documentation
- 1+ year professional caregiving experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
