Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and medication assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and light housekeeping tasks
- Coordinate care plans with nursing staff and family members
- Ensure client safety through fall prevention and emergency protocols
- Transport clients to appointments as needed
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidential records
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or CNA license required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
