Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Assist with mobility transfers and light housekeeping
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate with care team
Qualifications
- Arizona HHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills
