Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Assist with mobility transfers and household tasks
- Monitor vital signs and document client progress in our HIPAA-compliant portal
- Coordinate with remote care managers and family members
- Transport clients to medical appointments (mileage reimbursed)
- Implement personalized care plans developed by RNs
- Maintain strict confidentiality and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Proficiency with telehealth apps and electronic documentation
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
