Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications following established protocols
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate supply chain logistics for remote fulfillment centers
- Provide exceptional patient consultation via telehealth platforms and secure messaging
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) with precision and HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with pharmacists to resolve medication therapy issues
- Train on and utilize advanced pharmacy automation systems

Qualifications
- Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- Minimum 2 years pharmacy experience with remote/hybrid work exposure
- Proficiency in pharmacy software (e.g., Omnicell, QS/1)
- Exceptional communication and digital literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of compounding procedures
- Valid CPR certification
