Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Provide remote medication counseling and adherence support via telehealth platforms
- Maintain precise electronic health records and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapies
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and strict adherence to pharmacy regulations
- Train on-site staff on remote pharmacy protocols and technologies

Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license (PhT) required
- 1+ years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Exceptional communication skills for remote patient interactions
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing
- Basic understanding of telehealth technology and platforms
