Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collection in clinical settings
- Process and label specimens following strict protocols
- Conduct remote patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Maintain detailed electronic health records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and CLIA regulations
- Collaborate with lab teams for specimen transport and testing
- Provide exceptional patient education and support
Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical phlebotomy experience
- Proficiency in LIS/HIS systems and telehealth platforms
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dallas/Fort Worth metro area residency preferred
