Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collections in patient homes/clinics
- Process and transport specimens following CLIA/CAP protocols
- Utilize our telehealth platform for remote patient prep and post-procedure guidance
- Maintain precise electronic health records via our HIPAA-compliant portal
- Train patients on at-home collection techniques via virtual sessions
- Collaborate with Charlotte-based lab teams for seamless specimen tracking
Qualifications
- Current NC Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years clinical blood draw experience
- Proficiency with telehealth software and mobile specimen collection kits
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
- BLS/CPR certification
