Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for diagnostic testing
- Process and transport specimens to laboratory facilities
- Verify patient identification and maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and CLIA regulations
- Coordinate with remote healthcare providers for patient scheduling
- Train patients on post-procedure care and specimen handling

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- 1+ years of clinical phlebotomy experience
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems

- CPR certification and basic life support training
