Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collections in diverse patient settings
- Process and transport specimens with strict adherence to regulatory protocols
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for remote documentation and inventory management
- Provide patient education on collection procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and calibrated equipment
- Collaborate with lab teams to resolve specimen discrepancies

Qualifications
- Active Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP/NCCT/AMT)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in specimen collection
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Valid CPR certification

- Ability to work independently with remote oversight
- Strong attention to detail and HIPAA compliance knowledge
- NC state phlebotomy license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
