Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough telephone/telehealth patient assessments using clinical judgment protocols
- Provide accurate medical triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity levels

- Educate patients on home care instructions and follow-up protocols

Qualifications
- Active NE RN license with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Proven triage/urgent care experience in healthcare setting
