Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and state nursing regulations
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Provide education to patients and families on health management
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BSN or higher preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Flexibility with 12-16 hour shifts
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Travel nursing experience preferred
