Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize care urgency using advanced triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians to develop efficient treatment plans
- Provide expert medical advice to patients via phone and telehealth platforms
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with 99% compliance
- Train junior staff on triage procedures and emergency protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient flow

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years emergency room or urgent care experience
- Current RN license in Minnesota (MN RN)
- ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- Expertise in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in high-pressure environments
