Responsibilities
- Conduct remote patient assessments via telehealth platforms for accurate triage prioritization
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop patient care plans
- Document clinical encounters in EHR systems with precision and timeliness

Qualifications
- Current RN license in Indiana (IN) with active BLS certification
