Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual health assessments via telehealth platforms
- Provide accurate triage recommendations for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care measures

Qualifications
- Active RN license in New York State
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Triage certification or equivalent experience

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- BLS certification required
