Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via telehealth calls and triage cases using clinical judgment
- Collaborate with physicians to develop appropriate care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Provide health education and resources to patients
- Manage patient flow and prioritize urgent cases
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance in all communications
- Participate in weekend/holiday rotation as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (compact license preferred)
- 3+ years clinical experience in emergency or urgent care
- BSN or higher degree (MSN preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong telehealth proficiency with excellent communication skills
- Experience with Epic or similar EHR platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams
- Commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement
