Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with virtual patient consultations via telehealth platforms
- Conduct preliminary patient assessments and collect vital information remotely
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate patient care plans and communicate with healthcare teams
- Provide patient education on medications and treatment protocols
- Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
- Prepare medical reports and maintain confidential records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior medical experience required
- Strong computer literacy and comfort with telehealth technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- CPR certification preferred (training provided)
