Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify prescription orders via our digital pharmacy platform
- Assist pharmacists in medication dispensing and inventory management
- Provide exceptional telephonic and digital patient consultations
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance in all virtual interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve prescription inquiries
- Document patient interactions and medication histories in our EMR system
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
- Proficiency with pharmacy software (e.g., Omnicell, QS/1)
- Exceptional communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication processing
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic troubleshooting skills for digital pharmacy tools
- Valid high school diploma or equivalent
