- Accurately process and verify prescription orders via our digital pharmacy platform
- Provide exceptional remote customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Manage medication inventory through our integrated inventory management system
- Collaborate with pharmacists to resolve medication-related inquiries
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance in all digital communications
- Assist in training new remote pharmacy technicians
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience (remote experience preferred)
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Exceptional written communication skills for virtual interactions
- Strong attention to detail with prescription verification
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
- Certification in Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
- Experience with telehealth platforms a plus
