Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in ICU/ER settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex cases
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Adhere to JCAHO and facility-specific protocols
- Provide mentorship to permanent staff
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage 4-6 patients per shift
Qualifications
- Active RN license in MN or compact state
- 2+ years recent ICU/ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- BSN degree preferred
- Travel nursing experience required
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Pass background/drug screening
