Responsibilities
- Process and verify prescriptions accurately through our digital pharmacy system
- Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and compounding tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and video consultations
- Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance in all communications
- Coordinate insurance verifications and billing processes
- Monitor inventory and order pharmaceutical supplies through our integrated platform
- Participate in continuous training on new medications and protocols
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ExCPT)
- Texas Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience with prescription processing
- Proficiency with pharmacy software (e.g., QS1, Rx30, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and drug interactions
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
