Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and triage via secure video and phone channels.
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with state licensure and protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and case managers, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide health education and coaching to patients to manage chronic conditions effectively.
- Respond to urgent medical inquiries with clinical precision and empathy.

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in good standing in the United States.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (acute care or telehealth preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
- Strong computer skills and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
