Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and triage via phone and secure video platforms.
- Provide evidence-based clinical guidance and support to patients inquiring about symptoms.
- Document patient interactions accurately and securely in our EMR system.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Assist patients in navigating complex healthcare systems and insurance processes.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee (or compact state) required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high-level focus.
- CPR certification is required.
