Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments to determine patient acuity and urgency of care needs
- Provide expert clinical guidance to patients regarding symptoms, treatment options, and care pathways
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate appropriate follow-up care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation per HIPAA standards
- Identify high-risk cases and facilitate emergency protocols when necessary
- Educate patients on preventive care and chronic disease management
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX) with minimum 3 years clinical experience
- BLS/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proven triage experience in emergency or urgent care settings
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Experience with remote nursing protocols and virtual care workflows
