Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via telehealth platform using evidence-based protocols
- Provide clinical guidance and health education to patients across diverse demographics
- Document encounters accurately in EMR system within 15-minute timeframe
- Collaborate with providers and care teams for complex cases requiring escalation
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and data security standards for all virtual interactions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Handle high-volume calls during peak hours with exceptional efficiency
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (CA)
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Triage certification (ENPC or TNCC preferred)
- Telehealth experience or virtual care training
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth platforms
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- BLS certification required
