Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough telephone and virtual patient assessments using evidence-based triage protocols
- Provide clinical guidance and health education to patients across diverse demographics
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation in compliance with HIPAA
- Manage patient flow and prioritize cases based on acuity levels

- Respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of rotating schedule
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New York State
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in emergency or urgent care settings
- BLS/ACLS certification required

- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with remote nursing technologies preferred
