Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile surgical environments and equipment
- Assist surgeons during complex procedures
- Maintain accurate instrument and supply inventories
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols
- Coordinate with anesthesia and nursing teams
- Ensure proper sterilization and processing of instruments
- Document procedural activities accurately
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 1 year OR experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification
- Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Flexibility to cover various surgical specialties
