Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments using evidence-based triage protocols
- Provide clinical guidance and health education to patients via telehealth platform
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and community resources
- Maintain accurate electronic health records in HIPAA-compliant systems
- Identify high-risk cases and initiate appropriate emergency response protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor new nurses and contribute to clinical best practices
Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN license (compact license preferred)
- 3+ years clinical experience in emergency/urgent care setting
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proficient in telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Epic or EHR systems
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
