Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telephone triage assessments to determine patient urgency and care pathways
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across Nashville healthcare systems
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using Epic EMR platforms
- Provide patient education on symptoms, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Handle high-volume call centers during peak hours with exceptional efficiency

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee with 3+ years clinical experience
- BLS/Certification required, ACLS preferred
- Proven expertise in telephone triage and emergency assessment
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Epic EMR systems
