Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone/video calls to determine appropriate medical urgency
- Provide evidence-based clinical advice and care instructions
- Accurately document patient encounters in electronic health records
- Coordinate with providers and facilities for urgent cases
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance in all communications

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada
- 3+ years clinical nursing experience (ER/telehealth preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills

- Strong problem-solving under pressure
