Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via telehealth platform and prioritize care urgency
- Provide clinical guidance and health education to patients remotely
- Collaborate with providers to coordinate patient care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain HIPAA compliance during all virtual interactions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Triage or emergency department background preferred
- Strong assessment and decision-making skills
- Proficient with telehealth technology
