Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments via telehealth platform
- Prioritize cases using clinical judgment and established protocols
- Collaborate with providers to develop appropriate care plans
- Document encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Provide patient education on symptoms and home care instructions
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and telemedicine regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (CA RN)
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience (ER, Urgent Care preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Experience with telehealth platforms or EHR systems
- Exceptional communication skills in English/Spanish bilingual a plus
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
