Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 system integration, aligning architectural decisions with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native solutions, utilizing microservices and containerization.
- Team Management: Mentor a team of talented engineers and architects, conducting code reviews, setting technical standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Performance & Security: Oversee system performance monitoring and implement robust security protocols to protect our data integrity.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in software architecture and system design.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless computing models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Agile Mindset: Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality code.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
