Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process for the 2026 roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate high-level strategy into concrete execution plans.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for new initiatives and long-term projects.
- Present strategic insights and roadmaps to executive leadership and key stakeholders with clarity and persuasive impact.
- Pilot and evaluate emerging technologies to determine their viability for integration into our core products.
- Act as a thought leader, contributing to industry discussions and internal innovation workshops.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or business development within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, including AI, blockchain, or spatial computing.
