Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D illustrations, icons, and UI assets for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and style guide to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve engagement metrics.
- Present design concepts and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in 2D design, illustration, or motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
