Responsibilities
- Define and architect the technical vision for our 2026 AI product suite, focusing on autonomous agents and decision-making loops.
- Design scalable microservices architectures capable of processing real-time data streams for AI inference.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists in optimizing model performance and reducing latency.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate 2026 strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure the security, ethics, and compliance of AI models deployed in production environments.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs and agentic workflows in production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, machine learning operations (MLOps), and vector databases.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior engineering talent.
